LESSON ONE
Inspiration & Ideation
In the first module of the Design section of Brand Plus Brand course, I take you through how to gather and interpret inspirational images and references with mood-boards in order to curate the aesthetic of a print collection.
LESSON TWO
Engineering Repeats
Once print motifs and elements have been created, I then go into depth on how to build out several types of repeating patterns that sit together cohesively while also telling their own unique stories individually at the same time.
LESSON THREE
Color & Production
The last section of the program covers how to execute the repeating pattern designs accurately from screen into reality using Pantone standards and how to further your design mileage through color multiplying your prints.
